BREAKING: Abortion Bill Vote This Week
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) wants to pass a law FORCING abortion in every state now that the Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade has been leaked. The Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade was leaked just one day ahead of the abortion lobby’s big political fundraiser in Washington, D.C. On Tuesday, the rabidly pro-abortion group “EMILY’s List” hosted its fundraising event designed to elect pro-abortion Democrats.
Immediately after the leak, the streets around the Supreme Court were filled with protesters carrying printed signs. Cases of wire coat hangers seemed to magically arrive and were handed out to the crowds issuing primal, demonic screams. Witches set up shop, lighting candles for “spell circles” to cast hexes on Justices and pro-lifers alike.
The entire scene developed quickly. It had all the hallmarks of pre-planning.
Knowing his party is in trouble for the midterms, Sen. Schumer immediately began pushing a radical abortion bill. His two-part plan is to push for a vote on the abortion bill this week (as early as Wednesday), and if the bill does not pass, then he will burn down the Senate to abolish the 60-vote filibuster rule. Abolishing the filibuster only requires 51 votes. Without the 60-vote filibuster rule, Schumer could ramrod many destructive bills.

Before I explain, it is important to understand that the SCOTUS opinion leaked to the press is only a draft. Justices can change their votes, and therefore, affect the ruling before the opinion is officially released. For example, Roe was nearly overturned in 1992. But Justice Kennedy changed his vote the very last day of May, allowing the genocidal ruling to stand.
Furthermore, it is important to understand that the SCOTUS draft opinion as written does not ban abortion. Instead, each state will decide whether abortion will be allowed.
But Sen. Schumer wants to force each state to continue abortions—and he’s willing to kill the filibuster in order to do it.
“First, it is our intention for the Senate to hold a vote on legislation to codify the right to abortion in law,” Sen. Schumer said. “Second, a vote on this legislation is no longer an abstract exercise. This is as urgent and as real as it gets. … The elections this November will have consequences because the rights of a hundred million women are now on the ballot.”
Schumer is frantic that his party will lose control following the midterms. He desperately wants America to continue marinating in human blood. He will do anything to continue the killing and retain power to inflict more harm with his destructive agenda.

Schumer is furiously pushing this abortion bill before the midterm elections. While he may be able to cobble together 50 votes and then have Kamala Harris break the tie, he does not have 60 votes to overcome the filibuster.
Unwilling to lose power, Schumer intends to eliminate the filibuster, which only requires 51 votes—a move that has far-reaching consequences. With the filibuster eliminated, Schumer could force the evil of abortion back down YOUR throat.
But abortion isn’t the only thing he has in mind. With the filibuster out of the way under the guise of abortion, you can be sure Schumer and his fellow travelers will use their limited time to ram through every bad piece of legislation, including the so-called “Equality Act” (HR 5), bills to allow voter fraud (HR 1 & HR 4), the Build Back Better bill (BBB) and much more.
Without a filibuster, the Republic falls into straight democracy, what the Founders called “Mobocracy.” And democracy is like three hungry wolves and a sheep deciding what to have for dinner—it never ends well for the minority.
We are finally at the precipice of freeing ourselves from the horror of abortion. If even a couple Republicans vote with the Democrats (think Murkowski and Collins), all state abortion laws and restrictions nationwide will be eliminated.
