Liberty Counsel warned people last year that mandatory vaccinations would impact Americans’ freedom. In 2019, New York, California and Maine revoked religious exemptions for vaccines, and others were considering revocations.

Liberty Counsel’s first vaccination case arose in New York many years ago. We won the case at a time when that state allowed religious exemptions.

The nightmare we predicted a year ago has come to pass. The Biden administration is pushing health care facilities, corporations and the military to punish those who refuse to be injected with an unwanted substance.

We filed suit to stop this government overreach. Religious freedom is the first right in the Bill of Rights—an inalienable right that no bureaucrat can revoke.
