Twitter Leaves Misleading Propaganda Post Up for Days Violating Their Own TOS
Twitter’s misleading propaganda post “Biden’s vaccine mandate for workers is supported by legal precedents, experts say” has been the headline for days. This approach is appears to be used to ingrain in users minds that Biden’s mandates are legal. The SCOTUS hasn’t rule on a case involving the Biden’s mandates and until they do, Twitter is violating their own Terms of Service (TOS). This post is misleading and unfounded propaganda. This tactic is allegedly used to make people believe it’s true and they have no legal recourse other than succumb to the Biden’s mandates.
Many successful legal actions against the Biden mandates have already had success in the courts. Additionally, unless these success are overruled by the SCOTUS, they stand.
